Condition:Β Due to hygiene reasons, items must beΒ unused, unworn,Β and in theirΒ original packaging.

Timeframe:Β Returns must be initiated withinΒ 30 daysΒ of delivery.

Approval:Β All returns must be approved by us before being sent back. Please contact us first to receive authorization.
How to Return or Exchange

Pack Your Item:Β Ensure the jewellery is secure in its original packaging.

Include a Note:Β For exchanges, clearly state which item/size you would like instead.

Ship It:Β We recommend usingΒ Registered PostΒ with tracking, as the items remain the customerβs responsibility until they reach our office.

Refunds & Costs

Inspection:Β Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you. Provided the item is in its original, unworn condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs:Β * The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Original postage fees are non-refundable.

For exchanges, additional postage will be required to send the new item back to you.
